Make an impact with our Administration team as a Receptionist. This diverse team of professionals directly contributes to the success of the firm by supporting internal and external clients. As a trusted advisor, you'll ensure the efficient and effective operation of our business.

Responsibilities
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and team members, creating a welcoming and professional experience
• Answer and direct incoming calls and respond to general office inquiries
• Work collaboratively with the administrative team to support office operations, share responsibilities, and deliver an exceptional client and team member experience
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages and deliveries
• Prepare meeting rooms and coordinate refreshments and catering for client meetings and office events
• Help maintain a welcoming, organized and professional office environment
• Monitor office supply inventory and help ensure the office is stocked and organized
• Provide administrative support, including document preparation, scanning, filing, and data entry
• Support office events, team initiatives and day-to-day office activities
• Build positive relationships with clients, visitors and team members across the office and region

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail

• Comfortable learning and using new technology and systems
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, reception or office administration is considered an asset
• Post-secondary education in administration, business, or a related field is considered an asset

The annual salary for this position is $42,000 to $52,000 per year. Compensation is determined based on individual skills and relevant experience.
