About this role
Responsibilities but not limited to:
• Support permit applications, code compliance, and owner-supplied materials (Owner Supply) throughout the project.
• Coordinate project schedules, site visits, and business travel as needed.
• Coordinate with the HQ Asset Team, Design Team, landlord, general contractor, refrigeration contractor, vendors, and other relevant departments.
• Prepare project proposals, internal reports, and other documentation as required.
• Support project coordination and follow-up to ensure projects are completed according to design, schedule, and requirements.
Qualifications / Skills:
• BS/BA in Interior Design or Architecture Major or related field
• 2 to 3 years of related professional experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, or 3D Max
• Excellent portfolio of previous works required
• Bilingual in English and Korean language preferred

Work Hours:
• MON-FRI, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay range:
• $54,500 - 71,050 per year
