Job Title: NTI Outcomes Support Coordinator
Location: Goodwill North Central Texas --- 4005 Campus Drive, Fort Worth, Texas
Salary: Based on Experience
Work Hours: Full Time (40 Hours/Week). Typical schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 am start time

General Job Duties: Responsible for assessing prospect's suitability for training programs, completing required documentation, securing funding, managing waiting lists for each program, and fully packing prospects to meet monthly program enrollment goals. Responsible for developing and maintaining employer database and employment referrals for graduating students; getting clients ready for employment; helping clients overcome barriers by working with students and graduates to obtain in-field career placement within 30 days of program completion; coordinating and conducting scheduled resume preparation, interviewing techniques, job search/research, and other career development sessions in the classroom; tracking and documenting employer and graduate activities throughout the hiring process; conducting routine follow-up with employers and graduates to assess the effectiveness of candidate matching; and obtaining new employer contacts in person or by telephone. Assist with preparation of and attend Orientation, Graduation, Program Advisory Committee Meetings and Special Events (i.e., Job Fairs and Student Appreciation days); and obtaining student and graduate success stories; maintain data in a timely manner – including enrollments, placement, and account maintenance in CaseWorthy; document all activities for clients and all referral channels within 24 hours of an event occurring; maintain an up-to-date partnership/jobs log and recruitment events; and create frequent statistical and narrative reports. Attend and/or complete necessary training as required by the Texas Workforce Commission. Other duties as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. The incumbent should possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build rapport with others. One year of direct customer service and group facilitation experience required. Someone that is self-disciplined and capable of working both independently and as a team. Experienced with computer applications such as MS Word and Excel. Familiarity with Internet and Microsoft Outlook (e-mail). Good math, spelling, and grammar. Clear oral and written communication skills and attention to detail. Strong experience in office procedures and use of normal office machines.
Physical Requirements: Office environment, mobile, and ability to sit for extended periods of time. Must have reliable transportation. This position requires the incumbent to have communication capabilities, via cell phone and/or Smartphone technology.
Legal Requirements: Documentation to satisfy I-9 requirements and ability to pass drug screen and background check. And meet staff qualifications.
