How You'll Make an Impact
• Support day-to-day operations of the Real Estate department through administrative and project coordination activities
• Prepare materials and presentations for Real Estate Committee meetings
• Review real estate transactions for accuracy and ensure required documentation is complete
• Assist with financial analysis preparation when needed
• Monitor construction criteria and project milestones within Lucernex
• Support site creation and maintenance activities within Lucernex
• Track and maintain deal-related information to support reporting and business insights
• Request and coordinate site evaluations as needed
• Partner with the Real Estate Services and Compliance Supervisor to support departmental processes and workflows
• Crosstrain in Real Estate Administration functions to broaden your knowledge and support the team
• Assist the Real Estate Services and Compliance Supervisor, Real Estate Administrative Assistant, Real Estate Managers, and Vice President of Real Estate with special projects and day-to-day initiatives
Experience and Skills You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, receptionist, internship, or office support role
Preferred Qualifications
• Associate's degree in business administration or a related field
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Comfortable learning and utilizing new technology and systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
