As an Admissions & Family Relations Director at Edgewood, you'll ensure that our residents and their families have a high-quality experience from move-in to move-out.
Responsibilities:
• Complete move-in paperwork and resident orientation
• Assist with leads and cultivating referrals
• Participate in care conferences with families
• Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies
Qualifications:
• Associate's degree in sales, public relations, or related field
• Passion and drive for helping others
• A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset
