About this role
• Supervise and coordinate overnight activities across all departments: housekeeping, front desk, BISTRO. • Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving issues, handling special requests, and maintaining service standards. • Conduct property walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness. • Monitor and respond to emergency situations, following established safety protocols. • Perform nightly audits and reconcile financial transactions in coordination with front office staff. • Communicate overnight incidents and operational updates to day-shift leadership. • Support overnight staffing needs, including scheduling, training, and performance oversight. • Maintain inventory of essential supplies and report any shortages or maintenance concerns. • Enforce hotel policies and procedures consistently and professionally.
High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or business degree preferred. • Minimum 2–3 years of hotel operations experience, with supervisory or managerial experience strongly preferred. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and basic accounting procedures. • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure. • Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
