About the Role:
• Provide licensed practical nursing support to cardiovascular physicians and medical staff in a clinical setting
• Deliver direct patient care including triage, assessments, documentation, and follow-up coordination
• Support daily clinic operations while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and high standards of patient care
• Assist with diagnostic testing, patient education, and specialized cardiovascular procedures
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper medical records in accordance with compliance and HIPAA standards

• Ensure accurate and complete documentation to support coding, compliance, and quality initiatives

What Makes You a Great Match:
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Louisiana
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (ACLS preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and triage skills
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced clinic environment
• Excellent communication skills with physicians, patients, families, and staff
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to compliance, accuracy, and patient confidentiality
• Team-oriented mindset with a professional and positive attitude
