About this role
As a Senior SAP FICO Analyst, you will serve as a trusted partner to Finance and business leadership, supporting and enhancing critical SAP Finance and Controlling processes. You will lead configuration, optimization, and integration efforts across SAP FI/CO while helping guide Analogic through a complex ERP separation and operational independence initiative.

What You'll Do
Drive Critical Business Transformation
• Support SAP FI/CO system separation, migration, and stabilization activities associated with Analogic's strategic carve-out initiative.
• Help ensure uninterrupted financial operations throughout the transition to a standalone enterprise.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, IT, and project leadership.
Lead SAP Finance & Controlling Solutions
• Design, configure, and support SAP FI/CO modules including:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting (AA)
• Controlling (CO)
• Profitability Analysis (COPA)
• Product Costing
• Profit Center Accounting
Deliver Business Value
• Partner with business teams to gather requirements, conduct gap analyses, and recommend innovative solutions.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve system efficiency.
• Support integrations between FI/CO and related SAP modules, including MM and SD.
Ensure Operational Excellence
• Support month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while maintaining optimal performance and stability.
• Lead SAP projects from planning through execution, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
• Develop user training materials, process documentation, and best-practice guidelines.
• Provide FI/CO expertise and mentorship across the broader SAP team.
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of hands-on SAP FI/CO experience in enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in financial reporting, month-end/year-end close processes, and controlling functions.
• Proven success with SAP configuration, implementation, enhancement, and support activities.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into effective SAP solutions.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting SAP carve-outs, divestitures, mergers, system separations, or large-scale ERP migrations.
• SAP FICO certification.
• Experience with SAP development concepts, including user exits, enhancements, and function modules.
• Familiarity with BI, reporting, and data warehouse technologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional SAP projects.
