Position Type: Full-Time Starting Wage: $34.50 per hour Wage Increases: Year 2 - $36.00 | Year 3 - $37.50 | Year 4 - $39.00

Work Location: Dublin, OH This role is eligible to participate in ALDI's Hybrid Work Program, which allows remote work up to 3 days per week (i.e., work remotely up to 3 days per week; work in-office at least 2 days per week).

Duties and Responsibilities:

Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Oversees rent schedules and monthly rent payment approvals for 800+ Aldi locations. • Oversees CTI (CAM, taxes, and insurance) reconciliation process for 800+ leased Aldi locations. • Manages the abstracting process for all newly executed leases or subleases. • Serves as the point of contact for all sublease tenant obligations including utilities, accounts receivable, and maintenance requests. • Coordinates with 3rd party partners such as landlords, attorneys and property managers. • Oversees the introduction of Aldi to new landlords and assists in the setup of system and banking information.

• Assists direct leader in negotiating and executing initiatives such as lease negotiation, landlord approvals, lease renewals, amendments, extensions, etc.

• Coordinates with 3rd party partners such as landlords, attorneys and property managers.

• Oversees lease administration of new projects until transitioned to divisional teams.

• Reviews and analyzes legal documentation commonly used in commercial real estate.

• Assists with implementation and rollout of large-scale projects.

• Drives projects and tasks to completion through effective prioritization, time management, and collaboration.

• Facilitates any changes to real estate processes and procedures.

• Liaises with project teams and divisions to ensure timely and efficient communication flow.

• Assists their direct leader with real estate tasks on an as needed basis.

• Maintains accurate and consistent electronic files and documentation.

• Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to direct leader.

• Complies with ALDI privacy and security requirements and policies if job responsibilities include possible access to confidential and/or sensitive information.

• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field required.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required.

• Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.

• Knowledge of the commercial real estate industry, retail preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Work may be performed in an office, remote office or a combination of both where a computer and office equipment may be used as needed to perform duties.

• Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand and move from one area to another.

• Constantly and repeatedly use keyboard/mouse.

• Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, lift and move up to 25 lbs.

Travel:

• Domestic travel required.
