Your Responsibilities Processing and controlling quality and problem management tickets within the BMW quality environment Analysis of field, warranty, and quality-related data Support of the BMW Problem Management Process (PMP) Documentation and tracking of corrective actions and quality measures Creation of reports, analyses, and management presentations Supporting root cause analyses and problem-solving activities Collaboration with BMW stakeholders and Bertrandt teams in Germany Support of the customer feedback line ("Meldelinie") and problem management activities Your Profile Degree or technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field Experience in Quality Management, Automotive Engineering, Aftersales, Warranty, or Technical Support is an advantage Strong analytical and structured way of working Good communication and teamwork skills German language skills (minimum B2, preferably C1) are mandatory Good English language skills Preferred Knowledge Quality and problem management processes 8D methodology 5 Why Ishikawa / Fishbone Analysis Root Cause Analysis Warranty and field data analysis Automotive quality systems Systems & Tools Experience with the following tools is considered an advantage: MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Power BI Jira SAP BMW systems are a plus: PQM Next TSARA AIR FBM GWK-Info impACT QDM Q-Search EPM What We Offer Participation in a long-term BMW quality management project Close cooperation with experienced German quality and PMP experts Modern working environment with AI-supported analysis methods Excellent development opportunities in quality and problem management International collaboration between Germany and Romania We are Bertrandt : an independent, international development service provider with long years of automotive expertise.
