Time period From mid February 2027 for a period of 6 months Tasks Actively support recruiters throughout the entire recruiting process and gain valuable insights into modern recruiting methods at MAHLE Take on a variety of administrative tasks, including creating job postings, coordinating interviews, and professionally communicating with candidates and HR Assist with the initial qualitative screening of applications and maintain our applicant tracking system accurately and reliably Serve as a key point of contact for applicants and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process Support the further development of our recruiting processes and gain initial exposure to additional talent management topics such as onboarding, employer branding, and talent development Requirements Currently, purely voluntary internships cannot be offered Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Business Psychology, or a comparable field of study, ideally with a specialization in Human Resources Interested in complementing theoretical knowledge with practical experience Enthusiastic, communicative, and enjoy interacting with candidates Good English language skills and familiarity with common IT applications Motivated to contribute as part of a dedicated and dynamic recruiting team at MAHLE Application documents Complete resume Letter of motivation Certificate of enrollment Transcripts, especially current grade reports University or college guidelines specifying the minimum duration For non-EU citizens: Valid residence permit required Benefits Attractive remuneration 35-hour week with flexible working hours Paid vacation days Discounted lunch in the company restaurant Free parking Urban environment with good transport connections Individual support in the department Accompanying activities and student network Do you have any questions?
