FIELD SERVICE TEAM LEADER Team Leader Field Service Role Lead a team of Field Service Technicians by supervising and coordinating service activities. Provide second-level technical support to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our solutions. Perform maintenance and troubleshooting activities and provide on-site technical support to customers. Specific Responsibilities and Duties •Lead and manage a team of Technicians •Coordinate service activities, including on-duty planning and maintenance operations •Report KPIs to management •Develop, coach and train team members •Provide second-level technical support to Technicians •Ensure incidents are resolved within defined service level timeframes •Perform user management and routine system administration tasks •Manage and maintain servers and data centre equipment •Respond to requests from other technical teams •Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues •Perform system monitoring activities •Install, configure, optimise and maintain systems, applications and servers •Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation This role also involves •Identify situations requiring urgent attention and escalate them as appropriate •Coordinate deployments with other Technicians and cross-functional teams •Provide feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives •It might be needed that TL also works occasionally shifts. PROFILe •Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience •Minimum of 5 years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting equipment, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment •Fluent in English (minimum C1 level) •Good written and verbal communication skills •Ability to diagnose and analyse mechanical, electrical and application issues, including application server logs •Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word) •Strong troubleshooting skills with demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues •Experience managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows environments and IT networks •Experience managing a large team (over 20 people) •Ability to work effectively under pressure •Customer-oriented mindset • Knowledge in one or more of the following areas is an advantage •Experience troubleshooting computer networks •Knowledge of IT support tools such as FTP, SSH, PuTTY, SVN and remote access solutions •Knowledge of standard IT support procedures and best practices •Basic knowledge of PLC configuration and programming WHY JOIN US? •Join a global leader in trust technologies with a mission that matters. •Be at the strategic heart of a financially sound and innovation-driven company. •Collaborate with high-level experts and work on impactful international projects. •Operate in a multi-cultural, high-integrity environment where autonomy and ownership are encouraged.
