Join our Fuels Business! We are a specialized leader in fuel inspection, certification, and quality services. Following an exciting strategic transition, we are now looking for an HR generalist who is both a strategic advisor and a hands-on practitioner for our business in Romania. You will be part of an international HR Team, reporting to the HR Manager of Central Eastern Europe and Iberia, and based at our office in Constanta. 📌 Key Responsibilities Recruitment: Sourcing candidates and utilizing various systems and databases to identify the best talent. HR Administration: Managing onboarding, leave, transfers, and terminations; drafting employment contracts; maintaining basic HR records. Time & Attendance: Tracking employee attendance and preparing timesheets for payroll processing. Advising on and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal HR regulations. Active participation in collective bargaining processes. Participation in the implementation of an HR Management System (HRMS). 🎯 What We're Looking For Higher education degree, preferably in Law and/or Labor Relations Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to manage change and lead organizational transformation processes Willingness to travel within Romania on a monthly basis including overnight stays Openness to occasional international travel in the future English proficiency: minimum level B2 German language skills preferred Fluent in Romanian 🎁 What We Offer Permanent contract and excellent professional development opportunities within a leading industrial environment.
