We are looking for an experienced Logistics Transportation Analyst , based in Union City, to plan, direct, and coordinate logistics operations at the facility. You will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, and efficiency through the implementation of effective methods and strategies. It’s an exciting time to join the syncreon team! About the Role The Logistics (Transportation) Analyst serves as a centralized data research, analysis, and continuous improvement resource across all campus logistics and transportation operations. Reporting directly to the Senior Logistics Manager, this role is responsible for offloading time-consuming data analysis, KPI tracking, and operational reporting from Logistics managers. The primary objective is to support maintaining total data integrity, optimize yard accuracy and carrier throughput, reduce driver delays and detention costs, and support campus-wide strategic logistics initiatives. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience. Experience: 2–4+ years of experience in logistics analytics, transportation management, or warehouse operations. Systems Expertise: Hands-on proficiency with TMS platforms (e.g., Kaleris YMS, Blue Yonder) and GPS tracking systems. Working knowledge of WMS platforms (e.g., JDA) and ERP systems such as SAP. Advanced spreadsheet skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling, dashboard visual design). Core Competencies: Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving capabilities. Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement frameworks. Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to support a multi-site operating model.
