Job Title: Warehouse Inventory SpecialistJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Inventory Specialist to maintain and organize warehouse aisles, process inventory, and ensure accurate stock management. This role involves handling freight processes, maintaining safety standards, and keeping the warehouse orderly. Responsibilities • Maintain warehouse aisles by following sorting and stocking guidelines. • Process inventory and investigate/correct discrepancies. • Open and stack cases and merchandise. • Complete freight process, including unloading truck trailers and loading merchandise onto carts. • Distribute inventory to correct locations and pull and stock merchandise within designated timeframes. • Ensure sorting area is safe and organized. • Adhere to company safety standards and keep the warehouse floor and stockroom area clean and orderly. • Perform other duties and work in other areas as required by business needs. Essential Skills • Experience with inventory management. • Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jacks. • Proficiency in using computers and ERP systems. • Effective communication skills in English. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience with UPS Worldship and FedEx. • Strong material handling and packaging skills. • Detail-oriented with stockroom experience. • Ability to perform heavy lifting and cycle counts. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Fremont, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
