Order Picker Forklift Operator (1st Shift) $16 /Hr Operate Equipment. Work at Heights. Build a Career. • Operate an order picker forklift to retrieve inventory from elevated warehouse storage locations • Safely work at heights while selecting parts and products from warehouse racking systems • Use RF scanners to locate, verify, and process inventory • Sort products and place them on designated pallets for shipment • Transport materials throughout the warehouse using material handling equipment • Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently • Load and unload semi-trailers safely as needed • Label, palletize, and stage products for shipment • Support inventory control and warehouse organization efforts • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Follow all company safety and quality standards What We're Looking For
• At least 6 months of warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience • Comfortable working at heights on an order picker forklift • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs when required • Experience with RF scanners or similar warehouse technology preferred • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Comfortable standing and moving throughout the shift • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic • Willingness to work overtime when necessary Preferred Qualifications

Employees spend much of their day operating an order picker forklift at elevated heights, retrieving products from warehouse racks, and using RF scanners to ensure inventory accuracy.Success in this role comes from working safely, paying attention to detail, and maintaining quality standards. While some picking and material handling are involved, this position is best suited for candidates who enjoy operating warehouse equipment and are comfortable working above ground level.
