About this role

Job Title: Warehouse WorkerJob DescriptionThis role supports a busy distribution center by performing a variety of warehouse functions, including picking and packing customer orders, inbound receiving, shipping, and general material handling. You ensure products are accurately received, stored, and shipped while maintaining inventory integrity and a clean, organized work area. Responsibilities • Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners and follow specific order requirements. • Pack orders securely and efficiently to prepare them for shipment. • Perform inbound receiving, including unloading freight, verifying product accuracy, and checking quantities against documentation. • Move pallets and boxes as needed to keep aisles clear and support safe and efficient warehouse operations. • Warehouse products to their assigned locations and ensure items are stored correctly. • Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading freight as needed. • Maintain a high level of accuracy in order selection to support customer satisfaction and inventory integrity. • Participate in physical inventory counts and cycle count activities to help maintain accurate stock records. • Perform general labor tasks and other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse operations. • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with facility standards. Essential Skills • Experience with picking and packing in a distribution warehouse environment. • Ability to use RF scanners for order selection and inventory tracking. • Background in general labor or warehouse operations, including moving pallets and boxes. • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in order selection and inventory handling. • Ability to work in a regulated environment such as medical device, pharmaceutical, or other FDA-regulated facilities. • Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving boxes and materials as required. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Prior experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical distribution facility. • Familiarity with inventory integrity practices, including cycle counts and physical inventories. • Comfort working with standard warehouse equipment and following documented procedures. • Reliability in adhering to shift schedules and meeting productivity and quality expectations. Work EnvironmentThis position is based in a medical device distribution facility with a clean, organized warehouse setting. The standard shift runs from 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., with work on the front end of the shift starting earlier as needed. The environment uses RF scanners and typical warehouse equipment, and duties include loading and unloading freight, moving pallets, and handling boxes. The facility emphasizes cleanliness, organization, and adherence to procedures expected in a regulated distribution operation. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Tolleson, AZ. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
