Job Title: Blending OperatorJob DescriptionThe blending operator plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations across the front dock, automated packaging line, and warehouse. This position requires a proactive individual to assist with various tasks, including inspections, unloading, material handling, and operating machinery.Responsibilities
• Assist with dock inspections and offloading/unloading trucks. • Participate in palletizing and maintaining cleanliness in the work area. • Handle materials and operate forklift for warehouse movement. • Operate automated packaging line with knowledge of Human Machine Indicators. • Set up IBP and assist with labeling products. • Engage in depal/bottle preparation and re-work projects. • Support inventory management and use labeling software. Essential Skills
• 1-2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in Food & Beverage. • 1 year of experience in material handling including heavy lifting. • Proficiency in forklift operations, sit down, propane. • Experience with computer systems, scanners, labelers, inventory control, RF scanners. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Hazmat training preferred. • OSHA-compliant boots (6 inches). Why Work Here?This position offers a temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for permanent employment. Full personal protective equipment, including hard hat, mask, and eye protection, will be provided. The dress code requires no torn or ripped clothing. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Richmond, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
