Job Description: Role: - Senior Consultants (BA-Process Discovery & Automation Solution Design) Location: - Melbourne Status – 6 months contract Full-Time role NOTE - Only applicants with Australia full work right, i.e., holding a valid visa will be considered for the role. JOB DESCRIPTION: - Role Overview We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Process Discovery, Automation Solution Design, and RPA delivery to identify automation opportunities, gather business requirements, and drive end-to-end solution design. The role requires close collaboration with clients, business stakeholders, and automation teams to deliver scalable process transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities
• Conduct process discovery sessions and identify automation opportunities. • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. • Create process maps, PDDs, BRDs, and TO-BE workflows. • Design automation solutions aligned to business objectives. • Facilitate process workshops, requirement discussions, and solution reviews. • Engage with client stakeholders and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. • Collaborate with RPA developers, Solution Architects, and SMEs during design and delivery. • Support UAT, deployment, and post-implementation reviews. • UiPath Automation Platform (Preferred) • Visio, Miro • Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps • Understanding of OCR, IDP, and Workflow Automation Solutions Experience & Qualifications
• 5-8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or Automation Programs. • 3+ years of experience in Process Discovery and Automation initiatives. • Experience working with global clients and cross-functional teams. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related field. • UiPath, CBAP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications are an advantage.
