Job Description Full-time onsite: Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.
We are hiring for manufacturing assembly operators to work in our growing Military Flight Controls Clean Room department building precise electronic sensor assemblies for various military applications respectively. Operators in the Clean room will be responsible for assembling small electro mechanical gyros or small sensor assemblies which include soldering , bonding, wiring and inspection. This job requires a high level of attention to detail, ability to follow defined work instructions. Operators will work in a humidity and temperature controlled mfg. environment. These jobs require working under a Microscope.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities: Required Education, Experience, & Skills High School diploma or GED Ability to spend extensive time looking in microscope Hand to eye coordination Strong attention to detail Strong communication skills Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to work on computers including Microsoft office. Ability to pass a VAST (visual acuity) test at time of hire
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Soldering experience and certifications (J-STD-001, IPC 610)
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $31692 - $50708
