Job Description This Supervisor position is located in Andrews, TX and ensures the safe and quality fabrication of our tanks and wastewater products before shipment to our customers.
Responsibilities PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise shift while planning, producing, or shipping fiberglass products as scheduled • Attain production or shipping goals as specified by Plant Manager • Motivate employees to give maximum efforts in professional manner • Ensure that all safety procedures are being followed • Maintain weekly employee attendance records • Maintain accurate production, inventory or shipping data • Hold departmental meetings as needed to discuss updates and/or changes in company policies, procedures, goals, etc. • Wear appropriate PPE • Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines and procedures • Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines and procedures • Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines and procedures • Other duties as assigned
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities: Qualifications EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in all aspects of manufacturing process
Knowledge of Microsoft Systems
Knowledge of Production Clocking Systems
Ability to maintain and manage schedules

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to work overtime and shift work as required
• Standing up to 12 hours daily
• Walking up to 12 hours daily
• Bending/Stooping up to 12 hours daily
• Repetitive Movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) up to 12 hours daily
• Lifting weights p to 50 lbs. regularly
• Push/Pull up to 12 hours daily
• Travel less than 10%
