Deine Aufgaben <ul><li><p style="margin-bottom:0px;margin-top:0px;">Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Schwerionenstrahlungstests</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0px;margin-top:0px;">Erstellung von Testplänen nach internationalen Standards und Projektvorgaben</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0px;margin-top:0px;">Aufbau von Testschaltungen und Testsystemen zur Überprüfung der Strahlungsfestigkeit</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0px;margin-top:0px;">Auswertung von Testdaten und Erstellung technischer Berichte</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0px;margin-top:0px;">Planung, Koordination und Beauftragung von TID-/TNID-Strahlungstests bei externen Testeinrichtungen</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0px;margin-top:0px;">Erstellung elektrischer Analysen</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0px;margin-top:0px;">Unterstützung der Entwicklungsabteilungen bei der Bauteilauswahl</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0px;margin-top:0px;">Evaluierung neuer Technologien und Hersteller</p></li></ul> Dein Profil <ul><li><p style="margin-bottom:0px;margin-top:0px;">Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Physik oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0px;margin-top:0px;">Sehr gute Kenntnisse aktiver Halbleiterbauteile sowie Kenntnisse in Messtechnik und Schaltungsdesign für Analog-, Digital- oder RF-Schaltungen</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0px;margin-top:0px;">Kenntnisse zu Aufbau, Verhalten und Spezifizierung elektronischer Bauteile nach ESCC, MIL oder Automotive</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0px;margin-top:0px;">Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Auslandsaufenthalten</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0px;margin-top:0px;">Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse</p></li></ul>
