implementation, and integration of our business systems across Group's companies.</div><div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;"><br>Reporting directly to the CIO and working closely with the CFO and senior business leaders, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our digital ecosystem, ensuring that our ERP, CRM, and business applications support our ambitious growth plans.<br><br>This is a leadership position focused on project management, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and business transformation rather than software development.</div> Key Responsibilities <strong>ERP & CRM Strategy and Delivery</strong><ul><li>Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the Group's ERP and CRM platforms, primarily Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.</li><li>Define project roadmaps, milestones, resource allocation, budgets, and timelines.</li><li>Monitor progress, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.</li><li>Provide regular project updates and status reporting to senior leadership.</li></ul><strong>Business Stakeholder Management</strong><ul><li>Partner with Finance, Commercial, Operations, and Management teams across multiple countries to gather and prioritize business requirements.</li><li>Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for implementation partners and technical teams.</li><li>Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate alignment across multiple business units.</li></ul><strong>Team Leadership & Vendor Management</strong><ul><li>Lead and develop the internal ERP/CRM and business systems team.</li><li>Act as the main point of contact for external technology partners and service providers.</li><li>Oversee solution delivery, system configuration, data migration, integrations, testing activities, and production readiness.</li><li>Ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with agreed SLAs.</li></ul><strong>M&A Systems Integration</strong><ul><li>Lead the integration of newly acquired companies into the Group's ERP, CRM, and business systems landscape.</li><li>Develop and execute integration plans aligned with corporate standards.</li><li>Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth transitions with minimal operational disruption.</li><li>Change Management & User Adoption</li><li>Design and execute training and change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.</li><li>Support key users and stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.</li></ul> Essential Requirements <ul><li><div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;">University degree.</div></li><li><div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;">Proven experience managing ERP implementation or transformation projects.</div></li><li><div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;">Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in ERP, CRM, or business systems environments.</div></li><li><div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;">Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing external technology vendors and partners.</div></li><li><div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;">Strong understanding of financial processes, CRM operations, and project management workflows.</div></li><li><div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;">Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP platforms.</div></li><li><div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;">Excellent project planning, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.</div></li><li><div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;">Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).</div></li><li><div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;">Availability to travel occasionally to Group locations.</div></li></ul>
