We are a growing organisation pursuing digital transformation and AI adoption. Reporting to our IT Director, you will work with teams across the business to improve decision-making, streamline processes, and unlock the value of data through Power BI, Power Platform, and AI-driven solutions. This varied, hands-on role offers the opportunity to influence our AI and automation strategy and contribute to digital transformation projects, with exposure to emerging technologies and direct access to senior leadership in a collaborative environment. The role is based primarily in our Dorset office, with some hybrid flexibility potentially available. We offer a salary of £37,000–£41,000 depending on experience, an annual company bonus of up to 2.5% depending on financial performance, a pension, private medical insurance, and 25 days of annual holiday. Hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday.
