Salary: £60,000 - 95,000 per year
Requirements: At least 3 years of professional software development experience, including at least 1 year writing production-grade Rust.Based between UTC-5 and UTC+4.Strong systems-level thinking and ability to debug complex, distributed environments.Comfortable working asynchronously in a remote-first startup environment.Familiarity with cloud-native environments, including Docker, containers, and Kubernetes, beyond the basics.Familiarity with backend infrastructure tooling such as datastores, message brokers, and GitOps tools.Good communication skills.Nice to have: experience building developer tools.Nice to have: experience building Kubernetes operators or other components that interact with the Kubernetes API.Nice to have: DevOps or Platform experience.
