This mid-level Software Engineer role is an independent contributor position focused on delivering well-implemented features and fixes with minimal supervision. Youll report to the Engineering Team Lead and work closely with the Engineering Tech Lead and QA team. The role is remote-friendly within the UK (London or Chichester) and Estonia, with hybrid options in London or Chichester. It is not a people-management, cross-team technical authority, quality-strategy, or architecture-ownership role.
