We are Synthesia, a London-headquartered AI video platform for business, founded in 2017, with offices and teams across Europe and the US. This is a full-time employee role, based in-office or remotely in the UK, Germany, Switzerland, or Ireland; remote arrangements elsewhere in Europe may be possible subject to compliance and right-to-work checks. The salary starts at EUR/GBP/CHF 120,000 base plus RSUs, and employees receive 25 days of leave plus local holidays. We hire through our entities or EOR; contractor arrangements are not available. Our hiring process includes recruiter, delivery and impact, technical, and leadership interviews, and may be completed within two weeks.
