Requirements: Bachelors degree or better in Information Technology or a related fieldSix years of experience participating in multiple lifecycle SAP implementationsKnowledge or experience in MM / SD pricing and OTCIndependent thinking and keen problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlinesAbility to learn new software quicklyVistex knowledge or implementation experience is a plusWillingness and commitment to learn our Vistex product offerings and Go-To-Market solutions Responsibilities: Provide remote or on-site functional consulting services to customers implementing our Vistex products and solutionsAddress assigned tickets from Vital Link with timely, cost-effective solutions that follow defined quality and best-practice standardsConduct workshops to gather and document business requirements in a blueprintIdentify and document forms, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and workflows (FRICEW) required for development during the realization phaseConfigure our Vistex solutionsSupport integration testing by providing expertise and resolving defectsSupport post-go-live activities, including critical care support and knowledge transferUnderstand Vistex software functionality and map customer business requirements to our solutionsPerform quality assurance on systems built for customersPrepare and provide documentation to customers for system supportLearn and develop expertise in our new and current products and solution offerings Technologies: SupportSAP More:
