We are a fast-growing organisation developing a new approach to medical device certification, combining clinical, technical and regulatory expertise with AI and software. We support companies developing healthcare technology, including AI-enabled medical devices, clinical decision-support tools and digital therapeutics, helping certification keep pace with product development while maintaining rigorous safety standards. We have raised a Series B, are approaching 100 customers and are expanding internationally. Our assessment team works in partnership with customers, helping them understand requirements, identify issues early and progress through certification efficiently. We value technical rigour, helpfulness and customer focus. This full-time Software Safety Engineer role offers the opportunity to shape our assessment workflows, tools and processes, work directly with customers and share in the value created through equity. The role is based in London and is hybrid, with 3–4 days per week in the office; predominantly remote work is not available.
