Salary: £60,000 - 100,000 per year
Requirements: Were looking for someone with 4+ years of experience in an agency, consulting, or client-side role working with customer or customer-related datasets, such as marketing analytics, sales analysis, product analysis, or consumer profiling. Relevant transferable experience may also be considered.You regularly use SQL and/or Python and write code to retrieve data from GCP, AWS, Azure, or an equivalent platform.You understand and can discuss basic statistical concepts, such as feature importance, regression, clustering, and causation versus correlation.You can turn data into practical recommendations for non-technical decision-makers, addressing tactical and strategic questions.You communicate effectively and are comfortable working with and presenting to clients or internal non-technical stakeholders.Youre curious, detail-oriented, and interested in understanding what data means and how it should inform client decisions.You work well across teams, share knowledge, and are comfortable running projects independently with limited oversight.Experience in one or more of the following is a plus: data pipelines and scheduled batch jobs (such as Airflow); cloud engineering; marketing orchestration or ad tech tools; social analytics; attribution or marketing mix modeling; brief writing; business casing; customer segmentation and modeling; test-and-learn programs; customer journey or experience planning; tagging, tracking, and taxonomy; team management or mentoring. Responsibilities: Well ask you to lead projects end to end, direct junior analysts, and help shape data-led strategies across channels for one flagship client or multiple accounts.Youll support new business growth and help drive best practices across our team.You may deliver and manage ongoing test-and-learn plans for clients omnichannel marketing activities.You may lead strategic initiatives that use clients first-party data to inform above-the-line media buys.You may lead data capture initiatives that help clients improve the quality and volume of their business data.You may use our AI tools to support ongoing creative optimization programs.You may create multivariate customer segments and measure the impact of marketing on those audiences.
