Salary: £58,000 - 98,000 per year

Responsibilities: Lead technical discovery with customers, understanding business objectives, current-state architecture, requirements, constraints, and dependencies.Translate customer requirements into appropriate Atlassian solution architectures and implementation approaches.Produce high-quality implementation estimates, including for fixed-price engagements, with clear assumptions, exclusions, dependencies, and scope boundaries.Identify technical, delivery, and commercial risks early enough to address them before commitments are made.Support sales opportunities through customer workshops, demonstrations, proofs of concept, RFP/RFI responses, and Statements of Work.Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and explain Atlassian capabilities and the practical implications of different solution choices.Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions can be delivered successfully and that pre-sales-to-implementation handovers are effective.Maintain current knowledge of Atlassian products, platform capabilities, ecosystem developments, and Marketplace applications.Assess emerging Atlassian capabilities and product direction for customer opportunities and implementation considerations.Provide technical leadership across solutions involving Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and the wider Atlassian platform, including relevant knowledge of Rovo, Jira Align, Bitbucket, and Marketplace applications.Advise customers on architecture, configuration, integration, migration, security, governance, and operating-model considerations.Design solutions that make appropriate use of standard Atlassian capabilities while avoiding unnecessary customisation and downstream technical debt.Stay sufficiently hands-on to validate solution approaches, support demonstrations and proofs of concept, and provide technical guidance during implementation.Work with incomplete information, determining when there is enough clarity to provide a responsible estimate and when further discovery is needed.Shape opportunities so that assessments, discovery engagements, and initial implementations can lead to appropriate follow-on work where there is clear customer value.Deliver services in line with our values, maintain a customer focus, support inclusion and equality, follow health and safety policies, handle data safely and appropriately, and promote value for money.Perform other reasonable tasks requested by the Line Manager to meet operational needs; specific tasks and objectives will be agreed at regular intervals.
