Salary: £33,000 - 73,000 per year
Requirements: Experienced service designer able to lead and coach team members to deliver digital servicesExperience working in agile, multidisciplinary delivery teams and delivering new services within large, complex transformation projectsExperience building strong client relationships and collaborating across teams and organisations to deliver challenging projects to tight timescalesExperience delivering in the UK public sector, working to GDS standards and passing Service Standard AssessmentsAbility to work with technical and business stakeholders and clearly communicate complex challenges to both audiencesAbility to manage stakeholder expectations, set direction and navigate difficult discussions Responsibilities: Build strong stakeholder relationships with clients and act as a key point of contact in delivery teamsUnderstand user and business needs and requirements, as well as the wider operational and organisational contextAnalyse user needs and business objectives in highly complex service areasCreate design concepts, user experience designs and service blueprints to reimagine end-to-end service deliveryHelp define the vision and outcomes for products, services and programmesLead design workshops and design sprints with teams, senior stakeholders and usersDesign and test digital prototypes rapidly with users Technologies: CloudSupportUX UI Design More:
