We are recruiting Detection Engineers to join a leading banks growing internal defensive security team. The team is expanding its dedicated detection capability, establishing detection engineering as a specialist, full-time discipline. Youll focus entirely on defensive security and threat hunting, with an emphasis on building high-quality detections rather than simply increasing volume, and work with a global team across the UK, Poland, and Mexico. The role is based in Sheffield or London, with 1–2 days per week onsite. It is an initial six-month contract, paying £600 per day via umbrella, inside IR35.
