Salary: £95,000 - 130,000 per year
Requirements: Demonstrable experience leading Finance (FI/CO) workstreams through full-lifecycle SAP implementations.Working knowledge of S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and a Fit-to-Standard delivery approach.Confidence running workshops with senior client finance stakeholders and managing scope conversations directly.Experience guiding and reviewing the work of consultants and analysts.Ability to explain and stand by standard solutions with senior finance stakeholders.A collaborative approach to developing consultants and analysts.Desirable: UK public sector delivery experience in local government, policing, health or housing.Desirable: SAP certification in S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Finance.Desirable: Exposure to bid and proposal work. Responsibilities: Lead the Finance (FI/CO) workstream on S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition engagements.Run Fit-to-Standard workshops with client finance leads and own the resulting design decisions.Take responsibility for configuration quality, testing and cutover readiness through to go-live.Direct the work of consultants and analysts on the workstream.Contribute to bids and to reusable accelerators developed by our Centre of Excellence.
