We are Tela Technology, one of the UKs largest independently owned communication solutions providers, with specialist divisions covering IT, mobile telephony, and unified communications. We partner with technology brands including Microsoft, Vodafone, Gamma, Samsung, and Google, delivering technology solutions and service reflected in our company NPS of 89. This is a full-time, varied infrastructure engineering role focused primarily on supporting a key customer, with work spanning networking, infrastructure, customer support, project delivery, and escalation support. It is hybrid, based from our Glasgow office Tuesday to Thursday, with remote working and customer-site visits as required, approximately once a week. We provide a company van for site visits. The salary is £35,000–£38,000 per year, depending on experience.
