Were looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join a busy environment and provide hands-on technical support across a varied client base. This is a genuinely senior technical position for someone trusted to investigate, solve and improve issues rather than simply close tickets. The role is based in Edinburgh and the surrounding areas, with hybrid working that typically involves 1–2 days per week on client site. We offer a salary of £36,000–£42,000 depending on experience, support towards relevant professional accreditations, educational assistance for relevant courses and other benefits.
