We are hiring a Second Line IT Support Engineer for our 24x7 technical support team, based at our head office in Chertsey, Surrey, with occasional travel to London and other client locations. The permanent, full-time role offers a basic salary of £30,000–£40,000 depending on experience, plus a £4,000 shift allowance. Shifts cover 24x7 support in alternating blocks of four days or nights on and four days off, with shifts running 8am–8pm or 8pm–8am and including a two-hour break. We support professional development, including qualifications in areas such as Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, and Palo Alto Networks.
