Salary: £30,000 - 37,000 per year
Requirements: Were looking for proven experience in an EUC, desktop support, or endpoint engineering role.We require knowledge of macOS and Apple ecosystem devices; training is provided.Were looking for experience supporting laptops, desktops, and mobile devices in enterprise environments.We require an understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.Were looking for exposure to cloud technologies and SaaS platforms.Experience with MDM tools such as Jamf, Intune, or Kandji is highly desirable.We require knowledge of Microsoft 365 and identity and access management solutions.Were looking for excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: We ask you to provide end-user support and administration for macOS, Apple laptops, and mobile devices.Youll configure, deploy, and manage Apple hardware across our business.Youll support modern workplace and endpoint management solutions.Youll troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user-related issues.Youll assist with networking support, including Wi-Fi, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and endpoint connectivity.Youll work with cloud technologies, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.Youll support device security, patching, compliance, and asset management.Youll collaborate with our infrastructure and security teams on projects and improvements.Youll deliver excellent customer service and technical support to users at all levels.
