Salary: £28,000 - 68,000 per year
Requirements: Experience implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutionsStrong understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or related modulesExperience designing business processes using Dynamics 365 capabilitiesKnowledge of Dataverse and Power Platform functionality Responsibilities: Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and opportunities for process improvementFacilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and process-mapping activitiesGather, document, and prioritise business requirementsTranslate requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specificationsSupport backlog creation and refinement alongside Product OwnersBridge business stakeholders and technical delivery teams to ensure Dynamics 365 solutions meet business needs and deliver measurable valueWork within a cross-functional Agile squad to understand business processes, design functional solutions, and support implementation of Dynamics 365 capabilities across customer and operational journeys Technologies: SupportOffice 365AI More:
