Salary: £54,000 - 94,000 per year
Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP manufacturing, with strong capability across PP, QM, and related production processesProven experience delivering full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementationsStrong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain processes within S/4HANAAbility to lead solution design, workshops, and client engagement activitiesDeep knowledge of configuration, testing, and documentation within relevant modulesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience mentoring team members or leading functional workstreamsExperience with related modules such as MM, EWM, or PM is desirableConsulting background with exposure to multiple industries is desirableFamiliarity with Agile or hybrid delivery approaches is desirableUnderstanding of SAP Fiori apps relevant to manufacturing and production is desirable Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of SAP manufacturing solutions, including Production Planning, Manufacturing Execution, and Quality Management within S/4HANAConduct detailed requirement analysis and translate business needs into scalable, future-ready system designsFacilitate client workshops, solution walkthroughs, and functional decision-making sessionsOversee configuration, testing, and integration activities across manufacturing and connected modulesCollaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless end-to-end process alignmentDrive key S/4HANA project activities, including fit-to-standard analysis, process optimisation, and deployment planningMentor and guide junior consultants, promoting quality, consistency, and knowledge sharingSupport cutover preparation, data migration, and post-go-live stabilisationBuild strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders and advise on best practices and solution options Technologies: SupportSAP S/4HANASAPSAP Fiori More:
