Salary: £95,000 - 130,000 per year
Requirements: Practical experience in Oracle ERP/Finance implementations, with hands-on experience across Purchase to Pay processes.Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Accounts Payable and Expenses, including supplier data models, expense report processing, transaction processing, Intelligent Document Recognition (IDR), and associated accounting.Understanding of the end-to-end Purchase to Pay process and how procurement, requisitioning, supplier management, employee expenses, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, and General Ledger integrate.Hands-on experience in Oracle functional design and configuration, translating business requirements into solution designs using standard Oracle functionality and leading practices.Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements, conducting process walkthroughs, and supporting client workshops with finance and business subject-matter experts.Experience defining and supporting functional integration requirements between Oracle and procurement or operational systems, banks, payment platforms, and other applications relevant to Purchase to Pay.Understanding of payables accounting, reconciliation, and financial controls, including the accounting impact of Purchase to Pay transactions.Ability to identify process-improvement and automation opportunities and contribute to simplified, standardised Purchase to Pay processes.Practical experience with functional design, configuration, testing, defect resolution, deployment, and go-live activities using delivery methodologies such as Waterfall or Agile.Experience developing and executing functional and end-to-end test scenarios, supporting defect resolution, and ensuring solutions meet agreed business and functional requirements.Ability to produce high-quality functional design and configuration documentation, process flows, and other implementation deliverables.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including investigating functional issues, assessing solution options, and working with technical and cross-functional teams.Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work with client subject-matter experts and finance stakeholders and explain Oracle functionality and solution designs clearly.Strong teamwork skills and experience collaborating within multidisciplinary Oracle implementation teams.Ability to travel when required.Must hold UK security clearance or be willing and eligible to go through the clearance process.Desirable: Experience in a consulting environment.Desirable: Oracle certification.
