Responsibilities: Develop, support, and maintain our core Workday HR system while delivering customer service to colleagues worldwideAnalyse business processes and configure new functionality within our core HR system and other HR systemsAct as a subject matter expert in Workday Security and Data, working with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvementOwn and maintain our Workday security model, including designing and configuring security groups and role-based accessManage domain and business process security policiesConduct regular security audits and access reviews, and support internal and external audit activitiesMaintain segregation of duties principlesAssess security impacts of organisational changes and new Workday functionalityEstablish and maintain Workday data governance standards with business stakeholders to improve data accuracy and consistencyDrive improvements in data quality and data ownershipDefine data management processes and controls, and support data retention and privacy requirementsPartner with integration teams to ensure secure and accurate data exchangeSupport inbound and outbound Workday integrationsAssess data impacts of integration changes and troubleshoot data and integration issuesEnsure compliance with data security standards across connected systemsResolve issues and work collaboratively in a team environment Technologies: SupportSecurity More:
