Salary: £28,000 - 51,000 per year
Requirements: Significant experience operating at a senior or director level in your capability on multiple large ERP, Corporate Services and/or Workday implementationsExceptional understanding of ERP, Corporate Services and/or HCM Workday product, Financials, Payroll, and your specialist capability; Product Manager experience in the Workday ecosystem is ideal but not mandatoryExceptional understanding of and experience in delivery methodologies and models designed for software as a serviceSignificant experience working in multiple ERP, Corporate Services and/or Workday capabilitiesBroad business and technology experience with good awareness of industry trendsExcellent leadership skills, including the ability to delegate, motivate, lead, attract, and develop staffExcellent customer management experience, working with senior executives in customer organisations and the ability to formally present to senior client and conference audiencesExcellent skills in managing conflicting demands and performing effectively in complex and difficult situations, including negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship managementSound commercial understanding of utilisation within a services organisation and the importance of these targetsAbility to travel to customer sites in the same region if required, with minimal out-of-region travel also possibleAbility to work with different functional and technical consultants to understand cross-functional dimensions of Workday configurationExcellent written and oral communication skillsProfessional qualifications where applicable in your capabilityWorkday certification in HCM, Financials, or Payroll and at least two additional specialisms is desirable Responsibilities: Fully accountable for the quality of how we implement and configure our Employee Document Management application for our global customer base, typically leading a workstreamEngage directly on high-profile projects and handle significant functional challengesAct as a senior liaison and escalation point for our clientsTake part in business development activities and work with the sales team on opportunities within your areaBe jointly accountable for achieving sales targetsProvide commercially competitive estimates and content to support the sales processDevelop capability in your area and/or local regionAttract, recruit, develop, and mentor senior talentShare knowledge and provide thought leadership internally and externally Technologies: ArchitectERPSupportProduct Manager More:
