Requirements: We are looking for someone with at least 5 to 7 years of proven track record working with data and Excel.We want someone who is passionate about start ups.We want someone with a strong grasp of data sources.We want someone with a good eye for detail.We want someone with strong numeric ability and who enjoys reconciliations.We want someone with a strong work ethic and who enjoys multi-tasking.We want someone experienced in designing internal process and reports.We want someone experienced in implementing and maintaining data systems.We want someone with strong communication skills and the ability to extract, structure, and share data for internal reporting and queries.We want someone personable and energetic.We want someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys seeing tasks through to completion.We want someone who can work independently as well as part of a team.We want someone who is good at meeting deadlines and prioritising work.We want someone with experience in online data capture platforms such as Airtable.Experience building macros in Excel would be ideal. Responsibilities: Prepare investor statements.Monitor valuations for early-stage private businesses.Create processes to ensure data is up to date, complete, and accurate.Build and maintain connections between data sets, including financials, notes, PDFs, and Excel data sets.Keep internal investment and co-investment data up to date.Support the investment team with answering data requests.Develop new solutions for data capture and management.Help analyse new investment opportunities using data provided in market research and data rooms.
