Salary: £80,000 - 105,000 per year

Requirements: Degree in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Biology, or a related fieldExperience in product ownership or business analysisHands-on experience with ELN/LIMS platforms such as IDBS, Benchling, ThermoFisher SampleManager, or LabVantageKnowledge of APIs and scientific instrument connectivityFamiliarity with laboratory workflows in biopharma or biomanufacturingUnderstanding of data integrity, FAIR principles, and laboratory digitalization Responsibilities: Lead the development and continuous improvement of LIMS/ELN solutions supporting laboratory workflows, sample tracking, and scientific data integrityPartner with laboratory teams, IT, and external vendors to deliver scalable, compliant, and user-friendly lab information management capabilitiesFocus on integrating laboratory equipment with a LIMS/ELN solutionDefine and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for LIMS/ELN integrationManage connections between LIMS/ELN, CDS, and instrument interfacesGather requirements from scientists and lab managers and translate them into user storiesLead digitalization efforts to modernize lab environmentsEnsure workflows support sample management, reagent tracking, and data integrityMonitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement Technologies: Support More:
