About this role

Salary: £70,000 - 110,000 per year

Requirements: Experience in admin, configuration, and development activities in ServiceNow, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Knowledge Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Service Requests, SLM, and Virtual AgentExperience with IAM modules, specifically Clear Skye identity governance and admin software is mandatoryExperience with non-ITSM modules such as ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and CSMExperience with integrations with Oracle Fusion and Active DirectoryFamiliarity with SQL, HTML, and CSSExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization Responsibilities: Work on UI Actions, UI Policy, Access Control Lists, and related ServiceNow configurationDevelop ESS pages and content management solutionsWrite server-side scripts using Script IncludesUse ACLs to control the security mechanism in ServiceNowSupport SOAP and REST API integrationsSupport ServiceNow integration with monitoring solutionsConfigure ServiceNow Discovery and manage dataDevelop technical solutions, implement them, and perform component integration testingUnderstand business needs, standardize processes, and translate them into designWork on platform upgradesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define and determine integration requirements Technologies: APIActive DirectoryCMDBCSSIAMIncident ManagementSupportITSMOracleRESTSOAPSQLSecurityServiceNowUX UI DesignDevOps More:
