Salary: £49,000 - 89,000 per year
Requirements: 8-10 years of project management experience, with a track record of successfully delivering complex cross-functional projects at a senior level in SaaS, PaaS, IaaS and/or BPaaS contextsProven track record of delivering results in a complex international and diverse environmentStrong knowledge of different project management methodologies, such as Waterfall and Agile, and software such as Microsoft Project and JiraOutstanding communication and presentation abilities, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levelsDemonstrated ability to manage risks and develop effective treatment strategiesStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesStrong experience managing end-to-end execution of complex programs spanning multiple cross-functional teams through the software project lifecycleExceptional leadership and team motivation skillsAbility to discuss technical details with developers and drive consensus among stakeholdersFluency in English; German is an assetProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a bonusExperience leading RFI and RFP processes, vendor negotiation, contracting, hiring, and managing third parties is a bonusRelevant exposure to the financial services industry is a bonus Responsibilities: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans for regulatory and/or innovation projects, including timelines and budgets, and communicate with internal and external stakeholdersManage scope, risks, issues, and quality throughout the project lifecycle in alignment with Top Management and C-suite executivesDevelop mitigation strategies to treat risks and resolve issues as they ariseProvide weekly project status updates, progress reports, and potential roadblocks to Top Management and C-suite executivesBridge the gap between product vision and a delivery-oriented approach, ensuring deadlines are met according to the project timelineLead cross-divisional and cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives and milestonesOversee project budgets and ensure Estimate To Complete (ETC) is continually reviewed according to project progressConduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and lessons learnedMentor and develop junior project managers and team members Technologies: AvaloqIaaSSupportJIRAPaaSProject Manager More:
