Salary: £68,000 - 108,000 per year
Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years in a data-focused roleBachelors degree (minimum 2:1) or equivalent work experience in a STEM fieldExposure to or interest in low-code platforms and automation, such as Power PlatformMicrosoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate is desirableExperience in business-facing roles is desirableStrong experience with Power BI, with understanding of the wider Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps, or a willingness to develop capabilities in these areasProficient in SQLStrong practical experience with DAX, Power Query and Excel, including building maintainable and well-structured reporting modelsAbility to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutionsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong understanding of business operations and the ability to align data solutions with business goalsAbility to present findings clearly and translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences Responsibilities: Design, build and support reporting and information outputs using Power BIContribute to the wider Microsoft Power Platform as adoption matures, including Power Apps, Power Automate and DataverseTranslate business requirements into technical solutions through analytics, reporting, automation opportunities and data visualisationsUse low-code and no-code tools primarily, with scope to leverage traditional coding for more complex requirementsImprove access to trusted, well-governed information and support a self-serve reporting cultureDesign and build interactive reports, data visualisations and dashboards with Power BIEnable and promote self-serve reporting by developing reusable datasets, reports and standardsDesign and maintain robust data modelsIdentify and address inefficiencies in data processingMaintain systems and procedures to keep data feeds up-to-date and relevantContribute to the design and development of applications using Power AppsIdentify opportunities for process automation and support the use of Power Automate where appropriateWork with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide support and ensure successful solution deliveryDevelop and update technical documentationEnsure change control processes are adhered to across reporting, information delivery and low-code solutionsEnsure reporting, analytics and automation solutions are designed according to best practice and aligned to our data and governance policiesKeep current with new features, tools and best practices within the Power Platform ecosystem Technologies: DAXExcelSupportMicrosoft Power PlatformPLCPower BIPower QuerySQLBusiness Intelligence More:
