Salary: £50,000 - 75,000 per year
Requirements: Experience with Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE deployment, installation, configuration and/or customisationExperience with Siemens Teamcenter deployment, installation, configuration and/or customisationExperience with SAP PLM deployment, installation, configuration and/or customisationExperience with other PLM toolsets, whether for discrete or formulated productsExpertise in PLM business capabilities and integration architectures related to ERP, MES and EAMDirect client delivery experience, ideally across several stages of the delivery lifecycleAbility to apply thought leadership and critical thinking to challenges and drive high-quality outcomesDeep technical understanding of leading PLM software, including key modules, features and functions and how they interactUnderstanding of how PLM products are architected and how they can be deployed and configured in different client infrastructuresUnderstanding of how PLM products can be extended and tailored to meet configuration and customisation needsExperience architecting and technically leading the implementation of PLM solutionsStrong analytical skills and a solution-oriented, systematic way of workingAbility to synthesize complex requirements into an articulate and pragmatic solutionAbility to support the development of future talent through mentoring, coaching and continuous knowledge transfer Responsibilities: Use our skills across the full solution delivery lifecycleApply our skills in a variety of innovative client environments across multiple domainsSupport our wider Industry X growth initiatives through skills enablement, asset development and industry eminenceDefine new approaches to help develop our team, increase our knowledge base, develop new assets and methodologies, and create creative responses to clientsShape the optimal PLM system centred around COTS PLM softwareGather client business needs, processes and key user personas and translate them into a robust solution that meets functional and non-functional needsEnsure the solution is fit for purpose from an enterprise integration and cost of ownership perspectiveWork closely with program leadership to ensure technical delivery of architected PLM solutions and continuity of stakeholder communicationsSupport the development of the next generation of talent through mentoring, coaching and continuous knowledge transfer Technologies: EAMERPSupportSAPAIArchitectCloud More:
