Salary: £65,000 - 105,000 per year
Requirements: Strong understanding of infrastructure cost structures and delivery modelsExperience working with cost data, benchmarks and analytics on large or complex programmesAbility to identify meaningful insights from complex datasetsCommercial awareness of infrastructure marketsExperience in infrastructure cost management, cost intelligence, benchmarking or data analyticsBackground in consultancy, client-side infrastructure organisations or major contractors preferredDegree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Economics, Construction Management, Data Analytics or similarProgress towards or membership of a relevant professional body, such as RICS, is desirable Responsibilities: Develop, maintain and evolve infrastructure cost benchmarks across a range of sectorsAnalyse cost performance across assets, programmes and portfoliosIdentify key cost drivers, trends and systemic variancesAssist with the gathering and sharing of estimating dataSupport the automated capture, standardisation and governance of cost data across infrastructure programmesWork closely with Digital, Data and Innovation teamsSupport development and promotion of good practice within Turner & TownsendAssist in the achievement of departmental objectivesStay abreast of developments within our technical area of expertise so we can give best practice advice in line with business objectivesSupport clients in making informed decisions across the full asset lifecycle, from business case and option selection through delivery, assurance and portfolio optimisationWork as an embedded resource within client organisations or on ad-hoc work for multiple clients across the Infrastructure sectorWork remotely within the region on tasks for our clients both nationally and internationally as workload requires Technologies: EmbeddedSupportASP.NETDevOps More:
